Configuring bacula-fd to use the certs

Add the following lines to bacula-fd.conf:
PKI Signatures = Yes  # Enable Data Signing
PKI Encryption = Yes  # Enable Data Encryption
PKI Keypair = "/etc/bacula/server.pem"  \ 
                # Public and Private Keys
