Installing a multi-node cluster

It's almost the same, except:

Instead of using localhost for the trackers, we use hostname of master node

Edit the slaves file on all nodes

Edit the masters file on the master node only

We don't use the start-all.sh script anymore, we use different ones now

Only a few changes are needed if all nodes were configured in single-node setup
