Start icecast and mpd
Launch the daemons
Using the rc.local sections from above, icecast and mpd can be started
with:
 $ sudo sh /etc/rc.local icecast
 $ sudo sh /etc/rc.local mpd

The first time running mpd will be slow.  mpd is searching your
music_directory for music and adding it to its database.
